The Ministry of Civil Protection, in a joint operation with the three levels of government, carried out security inspections in clubs and bars in San Cristóbal de Las Casas.
In the action, they verified eight properties, identified omissions in Civil Protection matters in six of them and initiated administrative procedures and applied the corresponding fines.
Civil Protection and Public Services participated in the preventive verification operation in bars and clubs in the Historic Center, with the aim of strengthening security and risk prevention conditions.
Inspections
The operation carried out in the last few hours was carried out with the accompaniment of the staff of the Institute of Integral Risk Management of the State Civil Protection Secretariat, carrying out inspections in various establishments located on walkways and central streets of the city.
The actions were carried out in a coordinated manner, prioritizing the prevention of accidents, the safety of the attendees and compliance with the provisions on civil protection, without major incidents being recorded during the development of the operation.
