The operation was carried out as part of an investigation into the crimes of dispossession and robbery; it was conducted within the framework of Operation Synergy, with support from state and municipal law enforcement agencies.
The Querétaro State Attorney General’s Office, through ministerial personnel and the Criminal Investigation Police, executed a search warrant at a vineyard located in the municipality of Ezequiel Montes, as part of an investigation into the crimes of dispossession and robbery.
The operation was carried out within the framework of the Synergy strategy, with operational support from the Mexican Army, the State Police (POES), and the Ezequiel Montes Municipal Police.
During the operation, four people were arrested. Authorities also seized various documents, electronic devices, a firearm, and cash, evidence that will be analyzed as part of the investigation. The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Querétaro is following up on the investigations, analyzing the evidence secured and continuing the ministerial actions necessary for the comprehensive clarification of the facts, as well as to determine the probable responsibility of the detained persons, guaranteeing due process and access to justice.
