Air Canada, WestJet, and Air Transat have started resuming service after earlier suspensions tied to violence and roadblocks in parts of Mexico, including Puerto Vallarta.
Air Canada has restarted routes from Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta, says Guadalajara is next, and is using larger aircraft to get passengers home faster.
WestJet and Air Transat say they’ve also summarized select routes and will keep monitoring conditions as security stays heightened.
