US citizen runs over motorcyclist in Playa del Carmen

A motorcyclist suffered minor injuries this morning after being struck by a car driven by a U.S. citizen on Playa del Carmen Boulevard. The accident occurred when the driver failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with 34th Avenue.

Witnesses indicated that the motorcyclist had the right of way at the time of the collision. Despite injuries to his leg, the man was evaluated by paramedics at the scene and did not require hospitalization, suggesting that his injuries were minor.
