From March 4th to 6th, the city will host the 47th edition of the ARLAG International Fair (Association of Representatives of Airlines of Guadalajara), one of the most important gatherings for the tourism industry in western Mexico.
The event will bring together key players in the sector in a space designed to foster networking, explore new business opportunities, and strengthen the tourism industry.
Key suppliers in the sector will participate in the fair, including:
Airlines
Wholesale tour operators
Shipping companies
Tourist destinations
Car rental companies
Hotel chains
In addition, more than 900 travel agencies are expected to attend, as well as 24 tourism service providers from Jalisco.
The ARLAG International Fair has established itself as the most important tourism event in western Mexico, promoting destinations and strengthening the regional economy.
During the three days of activities, networking sessions, business meetings, and innovation spaces will be held, with an estimated attendance of more than 200 exhibitors and 700 visitors, surpassing the figures recorded in the 2015 edition.
The activities will take place at two venues:
Hotel Barceló Guadalajara (first two days)
Expo Guadalajara (third day)

The organization of national and international events such as ARLAG is the result of collaborative work between authorities, industry partners, and exhibitors, who are promoting Guadalajara’s position as one of the most important destinations for meetings tourism in Mexico.

National Congress of the Mexican Association of Members of Faculties and Schools of Nutrition (AMMFEN)

These gatherings have solidified Guadalajara’s position as a leading destination for congresses, conventions, and exhibitions.
During the fair, attendees will also be able to experience some of the most representative symbols of Mexican identity, such as folklore, tequila, and charrería (Mexican rodeo), elements that distinguish Jalisco as an internationally recognized tourist destination.
The Guadalajara Visitors and Conventions Bureau will continue working to attract international congresses, conventions, and exhibitions, strengthening visitor arrivals and boosting tourism in the region.
