Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, plans to expedite the crossing of goods at Bridge III

A key traffic plan has been launched at the Nuevo Laredo customs facility to boost trade flow. Specialists, authorities, and industry representatives met to analyze plans to expedite the daily crossing of trucks carrying merchandise at the facility in Nuevo Laredo.

The central plan aims to optimize road markings to eliminate traffic jams and prevent accidents along the route. Delegates from Lieutenant Colonel Eric Omar Salinas Flores participated in the dialogue, along with representatives from INDABIN (National Institute for the Administration of Assets) and the Bridge III Trust.

Experts and drivers, including Alfredo Magallanes and Gerardo García, analyzed various technological proposals to modernize current export and import flows. The Association of Freight Carriers (ATC) contributed the perspectives of experts such as Ricardo Pillado, Fernando Carbajo, and Mario Salas.

The objective is to strengthen logistical capacity through the joint efforts of Mexican Customs, experts, and the Nuevo Laredo Customs Authority (ATNL). To close the meeting, those involved confirmed their willingness to transform this area into a smoother passage to the United States.
