Yesterday afternoon, this man behaved worse than a criminal. Instead of fulfilling his duty and taking two young men before the Civic Judge for public intoxication, he decided to play executioner.
He took them to the sports complex across from his own station and there he BEAT, TORTURED, AND PHYSICALLY ABUSED them savagely, violating all their rights and abusing his authority to the fullest extent.
But the most serious and criminal thing of all is that after beating them, they forced them, through blows and threats, to SIGN A PAPER WAIVING THEIR RIGHTS, forcing them to say that they would not take legal action against him. They want to tie them up so they can’t report him!
The boys now live in terror, afraid that this “creep” will do something worse to them. What security can the residents of San Agustín, Cegor, and the surrounding areas have with a guy who thinks he’s untouchable and who beats the people he’s supposed to protect?
