Businessman Ricardo Salinas Pliego launched a series of serious accusations against Andy López Beltrán, son of former president Andrés Manuel López Obrador, via his social media account.
🔹 Salinas described López Beltrán as “a corrupt individual seeking immunity to continue robbing Mexicans.”
🔹 He pointed out that Andy didn’t finish school, is a millionaire without ever having worked, and contradicts himself in an interview, first claiming to have been involved in politics for 15 years, then stating he’s new to it, and later claiming he had an agreement not to participate until his father left office.
🔹 He asserted that there is “evidence of corruption” against Andy and his siblings, including audio recordings, documents, and videos.
🔹 Finally, he maintained that the López Obrador family “has dedicated itself to robbing the poor and enriching itself illicitly” by awarding contracts to friends.
