🚨 DID THE POLICE STOP YOU FOR A “ROUTINE INSPECTION”? 🚨

130

The famous “routine inspections” DO NOT EXIST and are 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL. ❌

No traffic officer, municipal police officer, state police officer, or National Guard member can stop you and search your vehicle simply because “you look suspicious,” because you have tinted windows, or “to see what you’re carrying.” It’s that simple.

đź“– What Is Your Protective Shield?

Article 16 of the Mexican Constitution states that no one may be disturbed in their person or possessions without a WRITTEN ORDER from a judge, unless they are caught committing a crime at that very moment (in flagrante delicto).

⚠️ BUT PAY ATTENTION! Know the Authority’s “Trap”:

The Supreme Court allows police to search a vehicle without a warrant, but ONLY when there is an “Objective Reasonable Suspicion.”

What does that mean?

It is NOT that “the driver seemed nervous” (that is just an excuse).

There must be real, empirical, and verifiable facts existing at that moment.

For example:

  • âś… They have a recent crime report, and your vehicle’s plates or characteristics exactly match the description.
  • âś… You violently evade a checkpoint.
  • âś… The officer sees illegal items in plain view through the window (weapons, drugs, etc.).

If a police officer stops you and later admits in the official report (IPH) or in court that it was a “routine inspection,” or if they cannot prove that objective suspicion existed…

The search is completely ILLEGAL, and any evidence they find becomes inadmissible.

📢 Don’t Let Them Intimidate You Through Ignorance!

Knowing your rights is your best defense.

Has anything like this ever happened to you?
