With their irresistible magic and captivating flavor, the authentic flour flautas of Tamaulipas join the “México de Mis Sabores” gastronomic festival, an explosion of traditions where the flavors, aromas, and colors of the entire country come together to enchant the palates of diners.
Benjamín Hernández Rodríguez, Secretary of Tourism for Tamaulipas, reported that traditional cooks from all over the country are participating in this event.
“México de Mis Sabores is consolidating itself as a tourism, cultural, and social promotion platform that showcases the extraordinary culinary diversity of the country and strengthens the cultural identity of each region,” the state official stated.
“Tamaulipas’ participation in this important event allows us to promote its traditional gastronomy as a living element of identity, boost the promotion of the destination, and position the state as one of Mexico’s most relevant cultural and tourism showcases,” said Hernández Rodríguez.
“The delicious flour flautas, with their wide variety of fillings, delight attendees, especially the giant flautas,” he explained.
“Throughout the festival, attendees enjoy a true culinary journey through the regions of Mexico, through an engaging weekly themed program that celebrates the nation’s rich gastronomy,” he explained.
“The festival brings together traditional cooks, chefs, and producers from all 32 states of the country at Campo Marte to showcase Mexico’s immense culinary, cultural, and tourism wealth to the world,” Hernández concluded. Rodriguez.
