Santa Martha Latuvi is preparing to celebrate the 10th Apple Fair, which will take place on July 18 and 19 as part of Guelaguetza 2026. The event offers visitors the opportunity to explore the scenic landscapes of this community in the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca while purchasing apples and a variety of locally produced fruit products.
The program, announced by the Oaxaca Ministry of Tourism (Sectur), includes cultural, recreational, and educational activities such as drawing contests, races, a fruit-growing workshop, a traditional calenda parade, and a Guelaguetza performance.

Where Is Santa Martha Latuvi?
Santa Martha Latuvi is located in the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca, approximately 53 kilometers (33 miles) from Oaxaca City, and is one of the communities that make up the Pueblos Mancomunados.

How to Get to the Apple Fair
Visitors can reach Santa Martha Latuvi from Oaxaca de Juárez by traveling along Federal Highway 175 (Oaxaca–Tuxtepec).
A special BinniBus shuttle service will also operate free of charge on July 18 and 19.
