The local government is reviewing the administrative status of approximately 300 municipal police officers over alleged irregular conduct, including unjustified absences and failure to pass the mandatory trust and confidence evaluations required for public security personnel to remain on active duty.
Authorities in Ecatepec continue to conduct ongoing evaluations of public security personnel.
