Librarians and local coordinators report that residents rely heavily on physical book collections, reading workshops, and community-led learning programs to bridge educational disparities in underserved areas. Without digital connectivity or modern computers, these spaces focus on fundamental learning skills, traditional storytelling hours, and academic support groups for students.
