COATZACOALCOS, VER.- On the night of Friday, May 10, before 10:00 p.m., a long line of people formed outside the Bartopia bar in Coatzacoalcos, south of Veracruz. And how could it not?, because those in charge promised to give away free beers and drinks if Coatzacoalcos reached 55 degrees of thermal sensation, a temperature that was maintained for three days this week, so they had to comply with free beers.
“We are a team, many people who work here at Bartopia and the idea we had was uploaded to social networks; We saw that people really took it well and we did not expect that in Coatzacoalcos the heat record would be broken so quickly and yet, we had to comply,” said the business manager very excited.
The promotion of giving free beers was launched through their official Facebook page, and it went viral in a matter of hours, so some people thought it was a joke, but it wasn’t.
“We are doing very well and here we celebrate, if they fulfilled the promotion, we have seen other promotions, but this one got the hundred,” said Rosy, a mother who went to the bar to celebrate.
The waiters ran from one side to the other distributing the chelas to the more than thirty tables of the bar, which is located on the coastal boardwalk of this city. At times they seemed saturated, but they did not leave anyone without a drink.
Because it was Mother’s Day, they gave bottles to the women who confirmed their motherhood. While the DJ was in charge of setting the atmosphere and making sure they had a night of partying and fun in this nightclub that has been operating in Coatzacoalcos for almost three years.
There were more than 200 people dancing and taking advantage of the promotion of this bar, something that had not been seen in the entire state of Veracruz, in the midst of an intense heat wave that is being experienced in the southern region.
“Thanks to Bartopia for celebrating us moms with this heat, we will be here, happy Mother’s Day,” said Gloria, who came with a group of friends.
The beers were given away until they ran out, although for mothers the drink promotion was extended until early Saturday morning, so more women attended Bartopia. Without a doubt, it was a night of fun and a good atmosphere for those attending.
“We distinguish ourselves by delivering for people and making our customers have a great time, more promotions will come, so we hope they continue enjoying it and come to Bartopia,” concluded the manager.
