The driver of a red charioteer was shot to death this Wednesday morning on Álvaro Obregón Street, almost on the corner of Hidalgo Street, east of the City Center.
According to neighbors, around 5:35 a.m. several gunshots were heard in that place, in front of one of the walls of a well-known brewing company.
The driver was left dead on the left side of his unit, which was left with the driver’s door open. According to him, he was attacked from another vehicle.
Elements of the Municipal Police and the Armed Forces arrived at the scene, who cordoned off the area.
Elements of the State Attorney General’s Office carried out the legal procedures to remove the body, which would be transferred to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service.
Until around 8:00 a.m. the identity of the charioteer driver who died had not yet been revealed.
