The Command, Control, Computing, Communications and Citizen Contact Center of the capital (C5) has shared one of its monitoring successes, now, the case of a child of just three years of age who was lost, but who was rescued by a homeless person.
In the images, the minor can be seen wandering around what appears to be a parking lot of the Central de Abasto, located in the Iztapalapa municipality, he was without the supervision of an adult.
After noticing that the homeless man was there, the baby stopped and sat next to him, since he was sleeping there, later this “anonymous hero” took care of him for a few minutes.
In his heroic act, the man not only allowed the child to sit next to him, in addition to being on the lookout for him to be found, but he also shared his blanket with him.
The incident would have occurred at 11:33 p.m. on December 19, 2023, according to the data shown in the video, however, it has just been shared by C5; the images also detail the arrival of the elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) together with the mother of the child.

Likewise, the officers were able to verify in the recording that he was out of danger at all times, and they only briefly interrogated the man.
On social networks, Internet users have expressed good comments towards the homeless man, for his good deed and for having prevented the child from going further and any accident, among the comments are:
“That person in a vulnerable situation was his guardian angel. How tender of the baby to arrive and lie down next to him.”
“In truth, that man in a vulnerable situation deserves a prize, let the capital government know, make it viral on c4 Jiménez.”
“That gentleman did well in protecting the little one, giving him a place to lie down and shelter him. More is received from those who have less than from those who have money in their pockets. May God keep him and protect him.”
