The new United States Consulate General in Guadalajara is about to open its doors, and it will finally begin operations on August 12 and provide assistance to citizens.

Where is the new American Consulate in Guadalajara located?
The facilities are located on Manuel Acuña Avenue at the intersection with Aztecas Avenue in the Monraz neighborhood, in the municipality of Guadalajara.
What are the characteristics of the new consulate facilities?
There are 3.4 hectares where 57 service windows, 150 parking spaces, lockers to leave personal items, machines to copy and print documents, as well as modules for taking photographs will be distributed.
It will have universal accessibility, since wheelchair ramps, larger windows and large waiting areas were installed.
It also has parking and its rates are 30 pesos for the first three hours and from the fourth hour onwards 40 pesos will be paid, the service hours are from 07:00 to 17:00 hours.
It should be noted that the streets surrounding the facilities of the new Consulate in Guadalajara were completely intervened, hydraulic concrete, universal access sidewalks, vertical signage and remodeling of the Monraz Glorieta were implemented.
