Motorcyclist runs over Capufe worker on the Mexico-Cuernavaca highway
A motorcyclist traveling on the Mexico-Cuernavaca highway ran over an employee of the Federal Roads and Bridges (Capufe) toll booth to avoid paying the toll. After the incident, both the motorcyclist, who fell to the asphalt, and the employee were injured.
A security camera installed at the toll booth at the entrance to Mexico City, located in the Tlalpan municipality, captured the moment of the incident.
The incident allegedly occurred last Sunday, August 4, around 10:00 p.m., however, the images went viral and gained relevance on social media last Monday.
In the video, the motorcyclist is seen passing by the place at excessive speed and just at that moment, one of the toll booth employees got out onto the road, a few meters from the security barrier.
The employee was hit by the motorcyclist, who, in order to avoid paying the toll, did not stop and after running over the man, he threw the boom to the side. The video shows the injured employee lying on the road, while the driver of the motorcycle fell off the motorcycle and was left lying on the ground.
