More than 300 Venezuelans gathered this afternoon in the Simón Bolívar square in the Obispado neighborhood to defend the sovereignty expressed through the vote on July 28.

A situation that has moved the entire country, they seek to fight for their rights.

This protest is taking place in more than 330 cities in Venezuela and around the world.

The claim and anger of the Venezuelan country is that Edmundo González won by almost 80% of the votes for the presidency, but at the time of giving results, the National Electoral Council proclaimed Nicolás Maduro as president of Venezuela.

They demand to show the minutes, that is why the protest is taking place, in a monument as important to them as that of Simón Bolívar, who was a very significant liberator.
