Journalist Anabel Hernández expressed her concern about the investigation into the murder of Héctor Melesio Cuén, because the case file was mishandled from the beginning by the Sinaloa Prosecutor’s Office, which will make it difficult for the Attorney General’s Office to determine with certainty what happened.
