The state of Coahuila enjoys excellent security conditions for the practice of hunting activities.
Juan Guadalupe Garza, head of the state’s Environment office in Piedras Negras, reported that the white-tailed deer hunting season begins on November 22 and ends on January 26, 2025.
Fortunately, Coahuila has a very good security climate, which translates into a greater presence of hunters in the region where deer hunting is practiced, he commented.
He emphasized that since November 2019, when a criminal group entered the municipality of Villa Unión, Coahuila, there have been no unsafe actions on hunting ranches.
In addition, the rains in 2024 came on time, both in spring and summer, so we expect good pieces (trophies) during the season that is about to begin, he concluded.
