Abraham Sandoval explained that during the weekend they toured the premises, commercial establishments, bars, restaurants in the Ciudad del Valle area and it was there where they noticed these two restaurants that did not comply with the norm by having more than 65 decibels, being open spaces they disturb public order, in addition they are spaces that do not have the necessary mitigation measures and for this reason they were fined approximately 110 UMA’s (Updated Measurement Unit).

“On Friday we were visiting the premises, commercial establishments, bars, and restaurants in the Ciudad del Valle area. Right now we have two premises, two restaurants that failed to comply with the rule of having more than 65 decibels, because they are open spaces, they are spaces that do not have the necessary mitigation measures and so we were fining two establishments with approximately 110 UMA’s (Update Measurement Units), for not having them, and one of them did not have its environmental licenses.” – Abraham Misael Sandoval Parra, Director of Environment and Sustainable Development in the municipality of Tepic.
