Vallarta resumes direct flight to Monterrey

Puerto Vallarta continues to expand its air connectivity and thus announces its reactivation of flights to the Sultana of the North. Through the airline Volaris, Puerto Vallarta resumes its flight to Monterrey starting in March.

After a 15 percent increase in domestic air frequencies to Puerto Vallarta during February, compared to the same month of the previous year, the airline announced the return of its direct flight from Monterrey. The return will be at the end of March, contributing to continued growth with more than 500 monthly frequencies from 8 cities in the Republic to Puerto Vallarta. In addition to the next flight from Monterrey, Volaris flies to Puerto Vallarta from Guadalajara, Mexico City, Bajío, Querétaro, Toluca, Mexicali and Tijuana.

Volaris’ new MTY-PVR-MTY flight will begin operating on March 30 with a daily frequency on an Airbus 320 aircraft with capacity for 180 passengers, which represents 5,400 new seats per month to the destination.
