Romina Contreras reaffirms her leadership as the best-reviewed mayor in Mexico.

Romina Contreras Carrasco, mayor of Huixquilucan, has once again established herself as the best-rated mayor in the country, according to the most recent survey by Campaigns and Elections (C&E) Research. The survey places her first in the nation for performance, thanks to a friendly, humane, and consistently focused government in key areas such as security, health, education, and public services.

In the May Ranking of Mayors of Mexico – Medium-Sized Cities, Contreras obtained a 68% citizen approval rating, the highest percentage among the 48 mayors evaluated.

With this rating, the mayor has now accumulated 20 times as the best-rated mayor nationwide. Furthermore, she has led 41 consecutive surveys as the number one mayor in the State of Mexico, according to various polling firms.

Romina Contreras attributed these results to the consistent work of her administration since her first term. He indicated that he will continue to strengthen programs that maintain direct communication with citizens, such as Huixquilucan Contigo 24/7 and Acción por la Educación, in addition to promoting actions related to security, water supply, and public works in the municipality’s three zones: Traditional, Popular, and Residential.

“Thanks to the people’s trust, Huixquilucan is once again recognized nationally. This support further commits us to continue working 24/7 to consolidate our municipality as the best place to live,” he emphasized.

The survey was conducted from May 17 to 21 through automated telephone interviews. A total of 14,800 interviews were conducted nationwide, with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of ±4.5%.
