With the goal of providing the best possible service to those visiting the port during this summer vacation season, the Mazatlán Municipal Government will install tourist assistance centers on the boardwalk.

These centers will be open daily at strategic locations, including Valentino’s and Carpa Olivera, two sites with high visitor traffic during this holiday season.

The director of the Tourist Assistance and Protection Center (CAPTA), Jeziel Berenice Andrade López, reported that both centers will be staffed by personnel from this municipal agency, where tourists who require guidance on any situation they may encounter will be welcomed.

Tourist information support will be offered, as well as information and assistance in case any tourist service during their stay does not meet their expectations.

Finally, Andrade López reiterated that these actions are part of the work President Palacios Domínguez is carrying out, with the goal of ensuring tourists have a comfortable and pleasant stay, thus awakening the desire to return.
