Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya adds all-inclusive deal — why that’s unusual

The Summer All-Inclusive package, which will be available for bookings made by Sept. 30 for stays through Oct. 31, marks a major departure from the luxury resort’s traditional a la carte model.

The Summer All-Inclusive package requires a minimum three-night stay.

The package includes unlimited food and beverages for registered adults and up to two children, with children under 12 staying free. The offer also includes roundtrip ground transportation from the Cancun or Tulum airports as well as access to the buffet breakfast at the Conrad’s Arbolea restaurant and lunch service at its Chiringuitos and Ultramar venues.

Guests will also have access to fine dining at Maratea, Kengai and Ultramar plus four additional options at the Hilton Tulum all-inclusive resort, which is located next door. The Hilton Tulum all-inclusive restaurants included as part of the offer are La Luce, Maxal, Auma and Noriku.

Additionally, an open bar operates from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at designated restaurants and the pool bar.

Hilton opened the 349-room Conrad Tulum and adjacent 735-room Hilton Tulum in 2022.

The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya has five pools for guests to enjoy.
