In a post on X, the Secretary of Security said that a total of 2.5 tons of this drug, a firearm, and four trucks were seized.
This action, he stated, is part of the follow-up to lines of investigation in this state by members of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) with support from the Ministry of National Defense (Defense).

Just last Thursday, the FGR reported the seizure of approximately 900 kilograms of methamphetamine during a search in the municipality of Palenque, Chiapas.
This operation took place on a property in this town, where a firearm, reactors, approximately 500 bags of caustic soda, various substances, two vehicles, among other items, were also seized, in coordination with federal forces.

Warehouse with chemical substances seized in Guerrero
In the same publication, García Harfuch announced the seizure of a warehouse with chemical substances in the municipality of Zirándaro, Guerrero state.
He said that in this operation, 2,688 kilos of caustic soda, 1,575 kilos of a crystalline substance, and 7,400 liters of a liquid substance were seized.
To date, the SSPC has not reported the arrests of anyone involved in either seizure.
