The official FIFA website has put tickets for the 2026 World Cup matches on sale, although it should be noted that these are only individual tickets that include Hospitality. General sales will be open until September 10.
With less than a year to go until the start of the first tournament hosted by three countries (Mexico, Canada, and the United States), some tickets are now available for group stage and round of 32 matches to be played in cities such as Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Mexico City.
These are not all the tickets that will be sold; the FIFA website indicates that they are only for matches in which the host team is not playing; that is, tickets to see Mexico are not yet available.
How much do tickets for the 2026 World Cup matches cost?
The official FIFA website, via the official link, shows that tickets for group stage matches (A, F, H, and K) are currently available, with prices starting at 34,700 pesos at the BBVA Stadium in Monterrey; at the AKRON Stadium in Guadalajara, the lowest price is 56,350 pesos; and for the Azteca Stadium, tickets start at 73,400 pesos. It’s worth mentioning that they also correspond to different dates.
The most expensive tickets sell for up to 129,800 pesos, although this depends on the zone, the venue, and even the stage being played. Those interested must have Visa cards, as they will receive preference in entering the lottery.
