Six young people from the Chihuahua State University (TECNM) were awarded a six-month stay in Taiwan after participating in a call for applications launched by the Chihuahua State Government, through the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development and INADET (National Institute of Technology and Innovation).

The Chihuahuans competed against more than 400 young people from various higher education institutions in the state, and only 22 were selected, six of whom are from the TECNM.

The ITCH students who obtained this spot are:

Luis Carlos Pérez Rodríguez – Electromechanical Engineering

Alejandro Rocha Ramírez – Electronic Engineering

Víctor Uriel Armendáriz Aragón – Electronic Engineering

TECNM Director Alfredo Villalba Rodríguez highlighted the importance of these internationalization programs.

He emphasized that these types of initiatives strengthen and enrich the academic life of the institutions. “We are confident that they will raise the name of the TECNM very high,” he stated.
