Challenges and Expectations for Social Programs

Despite the magnitude of the investment, experts emphasize the importance of efficient and transparent management of resources, ensuring that benefits reach the right recipients and avoiding duplication or diversion. They also emphasize the need to strengthen the infrastructure for providing support and training program staff.

Outlook for 2026

Mexico’s social programs are consolidating as a central pillar of the federal government, and investment is expected to continue growing, adapting to the emerging needs of the population. The success of these policies will depend on the continuity, monitoring, and constant evaluation of the results to ensure a real and lasting impact on Mexican society.
