Víctor Manuel shared that his family has been dedicated to the tortilla business for several years, an experience that inspired him more than three years ago to take a step forward. “The idea was born at home, with my mother Yolanda Aguayo,” recalled Víctor Manuel. “One day she was making enchiladas and thought of a recipe that would pre-season the tortillas, without any fuss, achieving a unique flavor. This venture not only simplifies the preparation of the dish, but also pays homage to the richness of Mexican cuisine and traditions,” said Chávez Aguayo.
