Engineer Roberto Antonio Núñez Proulx was honored with the 2025 Real Estate Project of the Year award at a ceremony that brought together prominent representatives of the real estate sector in the Yucatan capital.
The awards ceremony took place at the BMW Mérida agency, a venue that brought together more than 200 guests, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders. The recognition was presented by SociaElite Mérida magazine, hosted by Zayuri and Álvaro Quintal, who highlighted Engineer Núñez’s career and the innovation of real estate projects that are currently transforming the region.
This award not only recognizes Engineer Núñez’s career but also his vision for promoting a new investment scheme that is revolutionizing the sector: the Rosela Tulum Income Pool model, developed by Desarrollos Ecopsa.
