Fabiola Ricci Diestel, mayor of San Cristóbal de las Casas, welcomed the members of World Archery Mexico to its 2025 General Assembly.
She emphasized the honor of the city hosting the Pan American Archery Championship, an international competition that brings together more than 10 countries.
Accompanied by the director of Indeporte in Chiapas, Bárbara Altuzar, the mayor expressed her gratitude for the trust placed in San Cristóbal and highlighted the cultural, architectural, and natural richness of the municipality, which will host this tournament.
Present at the inauguration were some of the participating delegations, including Chile, the Falkland Islands, the United States, Brazil, and Mexico.
