One of Mexico’s favorite destinations is consolidating its position as a hub for haute cuisine with the celebration of VINOMA Weekend 2026. This event dedicated to wine and wine pairing will be held in the heavenly Puerto Vallarta. Don’t miss this grand celebration that annually attracts travelers and experts from North and Latin America.
If you are a wine and gastronomy lover who also enjoys days at the beach, you can’t miss the 2026 edition of VINOMA Fest, which promises to be epic. Under the theme “Amphorae of the Ocean,” VINOMA is reinventing itself with a sensorial format that will enhance the pleasure of eating and drinking by the sea. The concept is inspired by the historical remains of amphorae, which symbolize travel, cultural fusion, and the heritage of wine on the American continent.
The details of the 2026 edition, to be held from March 5 to 7, were announced, highlighting the presence of figures such as Valentina Ortiz Monasterio (The World’s 50 Best) and Carlos Borboa (Brussels World Competition), as well as the support of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin.
VINOMA has structured its three days into exclusive experiences that combine networking, sports, and haute cuisine:
The Gala of Flavors will be the opening ceremony and a high-level cocktail pairing. An exclusive eight-course cocktail pairing. Each course will be presented by a chef and paired with a winery, guided by its brand ambassador sommelier.
This event will bring together leading figures such as Peruvian Renzo Garibaldi of the Osso restaurant in Lima, and Colombian Jaime Rodríguez of Celele in Cartagena, along with six other national and international guest chefs. The event will take place on the terrace of the new Garza Blanca tower, where attendees will enjoy unparalleled oceanfront views of Puerto Vallarta.
The second day will be divided into a morning of sports and an afternoon dedicated to perfecting your palate. The morning will feature the VINOMA Golf Cup, an exclusive golf, gastronomy, and wine experience at the Vista Vallarta Golf Club, with 80 golfers from all over Mexico.
In the afternoon, VINOMA x CMB, a collaboration with the Brussels World Competition, will take place at the iconic Café des Artistes. Attendees will taste different labels in expert-led sessions, replicating the competition’s judging format. Groups will be limited to 15 participants per session, with three time slots available.
This is the main event and the culmination of VINOMA Weekend 2026. It will bring together more than 50 national and international wineries. It will also feature six culinary offerings and a gastronomic section with shows and sensory workshops. The day will conclude with a closing concert by the sea, providing the icing on the cake for the food and wine celebration.
VINOMA is consolidating its position as a cultural and sensorial experience that invites you to experience wine through its history, its art, and its purest pleasure. Plan your trip to Puerto Vallarta and be part of this celebration that promises to become a benchmark in international food and wine.
