Following President Claudia Sheinbaum’s visit to the state, the Governor showcased the scope of the infrastructure projects beginning in Camargo.
Tamaulipas is moving forward with a strategy where security, infrastructure, and social development are all part of a single vision. The visit of Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo to learn about the Safe Stations model confirms this comprehensive approach.
In Camargo, the first of these stations, which is 85 percent complete, was toured as part of the coordination strategy promoted by Governor Américo Villarreal Anaya to strengthen security and services for the population. A total of 15 stations will be established under a model that prioritizes the care, protection, and support of people traveling through the border region.
This policy is part of a broader transformation that, according to the Tamaulipas Tourism Secretariat, is already reflected in greater connectivity, new investments, and an increase in visitor arrivals. Security and infrastructure are now key conditions for boosting regional prosperity.
In this context, highway projects play a central role. The expansion of the Mante-Tula concession, in which Grupo Hycsa participates, integrates infrastructure that strengthens mobility, connectivity, and road safety along one of the state’s strategic corridors. One of the Safe Stations is located along this route, reinforcing its function as a safer and more efficient transit route for users and communities.
Quality highway infrastructure, safe service points, and institutional coordination create a more reliable environment for transportation, tourism, and economic activity. Grupo Hycsa develops its projects with standards of integrity, quality, and transparency, and with a long-term vision that promotes competitiveness, road safety, and connectivity in the state of Tamaulipas.
