San Miguel de Allende is all set for the traditional Candelaria Fair, which will take place in Zeferino Gutiérrez Park.
This grand celebration will run from Friday, January 30th, until February 13th.
The head of the Environment and Sustainability Department, Ernesto Berra, announced that the grand opening will be at 6:00 p.m.
“More than 100 exhibitors are coming, some local and others from the state of Puebla, and some from Toluca. It will run from January 30th to February 13th. We hope to see you there in the park from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day. The shows will start at 6:00 p.m. We’ll post the schedule so you can bring your children, or come yourselves; we’ll be waiting for you there,” he said.
There will be 13 days of activities where you can enjoy a wide-ranging cultural and artistic program; musical performances, ballet, rondalla groups, danzón, puppet theater, and children’s workshops, as well as a food court and spaces for family gatherings, with daily activities from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. night.
Mayor Mauricio Trejo invited everyone to enjoy this fair, which is the pride of San Miguel de Allende.
