Thanks to the location of the Eleva Park industrial park, which boasts the highest quality standards worldwide, Michoacán is consolidating its position as a strategic hub between the port of Lázaro Cárdenas and the United States, Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla emphasized.

Its proximity to the port of Lázaro Cárdenas makes this development a key connection platform for the import and export of goods, the governor stated. Multinational companies like Amazon already operate in this logistics center, and Mercado Libre will soon follow.

The industrial park is located in the municipality of Tarímbaro on the highway connecting Morelia with Salamanca and is close to Highway 15D, which links Guadalajara with Mexico City.

This connectivity positions it to become a logistics hub in the Bajío region of Mexico, where goods are concentrated, sorted, stored, and redistributed, added Ramírez Bedolla. Furthermore, the municipality of Álvaro Obregón is home to the Merza logistics center, and Zinapécuaro has the Bajío Park, where the second phase of Eleva Park is planned.

Eleva Park currently houses 35 global and national companies, generating approximately 2,500 formal jobs and an economic impact of 947 million pesos, with projections to reach more than 5,000 jobs within the next three years.
