The government of the state of Puebla has affirmed that it offers favorable conditions for receiving Puebla migrants interested in investing their capital in local productive projects. The strategy aims to boost economic development, generate community wealth, and directly benefit families in various regions of the state.
Governor Alejandro Armenta made a direct appeal to Puebla natives to participate in strategic sectors such as the footwear industry, bicycle manufacturing, furniture, and automotive. The intention, he explained, is to strengthen local production and replace purchases currently made in other states or abroad.
The governor emphasized that the participation of migrants in Puebla businesses and workshops can stimulate the regional economy and expand job opportunities, while simultaneously consolidating internal production chains.
Similarly, the Secretary of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation, Celina Peña Guzmán, indicated that the department is ready to channel the experience and workforce of migrants toward strategic vocations linked to the jobs of the future, including semiconductor development, artificial intelligence, and other science and technology-related fields.
Peña Guzmán emphasized that this initiative will not only facilitate the exchange of knowledge but will also contribute to strengthening the technological sovereignty promoted by the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, by integrating talent and capital from Puebla into high-value projects for the state.
