Have you ever wondered what our subconscious really says when we let our guard down? That voice that whispers truths repressed during the day is the protagonist of the new exhibition at Pali Gallery. With the group show titled Somniloquy, this space invites us to immerse ourselves in an unfiltered dialogue between the world of dreams and waking life.

It’s a fascinating concept. Just like the physical act of talking in our sleep, the selected works function as a collective murmur that reveals surreal images and a psychological depth we rarely show in broad daylight.

Here, logic is left at the door to give way to the evocative power of dreams, where each artist acts as a conduit for an inner language we all share, but few of us dare to express.

If you’re already planning your art route for Art Week in Mexico City, take note. The opening of Somniloquía will be on February 3, 2026, at Pali Galería, located at Álvaro Obregón 6A, in the Roma Norte neighborhood. Admission is free.

A space designed to be a hub for artists and collectors, Pali Galería is collaborating with Art of NOMA, a platform that promotes bold and original voices in emerging art, for this exhibition.

For this show, Pali Galería has brought together the talent of nine contemporary visionaries who, through diverse techniques, map the deepest corners of the human mind. The curatorial approach plays with the tension between silence and expression, creating a journey that feels like a lucid dream.

Among the artists featured in Somniloquía, you’ll find a wide range of styles that contrast and complement each other:

Mariana Motoko and Taeko Nomiya: They contribute the “whispers” of the exhibition with minimalist lines and double-exposure photographs that evoke memory.

Citlali Haro and JoCa: They present architectural distortions that transform the everyday life of the home into surreal landscapes.

Cristina Delgado: She offers everyday scenes but with highly expressive, semi-surreal colors.

Ricardo Luévanos and Eaki Iaora: They fill the space with maximalist visions, floral motifs, and vibrant pop-surrealist faces.

Triana Parera: She provides a counterpoint with grotesque irony through monstrous figures.

Ibn Cheickh: He connects the ancestral with the globalized through hand-painted silhouettes inspired by Dogon influences.
JoCa’s Cocktail.
