A great controversy was generated on social networks in the case of a foreign woman, identified as Pauline, who used the social network Facebook to offer a curious ‘exchange‘.

It turns out that she joined a social network group, called “Women of Punta Zicatela Puerto Escondido“, to ask for free accommodation on the beach of Punta Zicatela, in Oaxaca, in exchange for “help on social networks”.

The young woman, apparently of French origin, offered ‘help’ with posts on networks, stories, and ‘coaching for future strategy‘.

She also specified that the accommodation would be accepted only in Punta Zicatela, from February 4 to 8, with the commitment that she would publish “one post and one story per day.”

Her offer generated the indignation of the inhabitants of Puerto Escondido, in Oaxaca, who began to spread the publication as a mockery and denunciation, since this area of the Coast region has suffered from gentrification.

Critics pointed out that foreigners come to Mexico to take advantage of its citizens and resources, while others took it with grace.
