The arrest warrant for fraud in San Juan del Río was executed by the Querétaro State Attorney General’s Office in coordination with Sinaloa authorities, following the arrest of Karla “N”, accused of her alleged involvement in the crime of organized fraud.

Members of the National Guard located and apprehended the suspect in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. Subsequently, the Sinaloa State Attorney General’s Office assisted in her transfer to Querétaro.

The Attorney General’s Office reported that the woman will be presented before a judge in San Juan del Río, where she will face the corresponding criminal proceedings for the alleged crimes.

The operation resulted from intelligence work and collaboration between state and federal agencies, which allowed them to locate the suspect outside of Querétaro and execute the arrest warrant.

The State Attorney General’s Office indicated that the investigation file includes various incidents related to possible acts of fraud. Therefore, the Public Prosecutor’s Office continues to gather evidence and strengthen its lines of investigation.

With these actions, the institution seeks to guarantee access to justice for those affected and to closely monitor ongoing legal proceedings.
