More than 7,000 cruise ship tourists will arrive in Mazatlán this week aboard the “Navigator of the Seas” and “Carnival Panorama.”
This Monday, at 7:30 a.m., the “Navigator of the Seas” arrived from Los Cabos with 3,824 passengers and 1,252 crew members.
The Secretary of Tourism for Sinaloa, Mireya Sosa Osuna, indicated that the port projects an estimated economic impact of 12 million pesos for local businesses and services with the arrival of these two ships.
On Wednesday the 13th, the “Carnival Panorama” will arrive with more than 3,200 passengers, thus reaffirming Mazatlán’s position as one of the favorite cruise destinations on the Mexican Pacific coast.
So far this year, the port has received 65 ships with more than 233,000 cruise passengers, generating an economic impact of over 373 million pesos.
