Andrés Manuel López Obrador, from Cantabria, with peninsular Spanish blood, and his so-called 4T (Fourth Transformation) have maintained a confrontational stance against Hernán Cortés and the Spanish legacy, but they fall into an absolute contradiction.
It is an indisputable historical reality: without those Spaniards of the Conquest, the despicable narco-president López Obrador would not even have been born. But the hypocrisy doesn’t end there. Without that Mexico that was formed, the grandparents of the communist Claudia Sheinbaum—Jewish and Lithuanian—would never have arrived in these lands to exploit their riches.
It is outrageous to see how today they presume to judge the past when that very past is what allowed them to settle and profit from the country’s economy, and today enjoy being supported by Mexicans for being in political power. The only thing Claudia Sheinbaum has that makes her Mexican is a birth certificate and the fact that she was born by chance in this land; A land that today is home to the narco-president, to a lineage of communist grandparents who were expelled from Europe and came for personal gain, and with them, a whole family that lives off what Mexico produces while denying their origins.
Enough with the false and hypocritical rhetoric!
