With tears welling in his eyes, Manuel Jaime Ramírez Camacho acknowledged that the tourists visiting Mexico for the World Cup haven’t been using the Maya Train service, and it remains empty.
He also mentioned that it’s not just foreigners who aren’t interested; the local people aren’t using it as much as expected either… there are more fans from Cape Verde at a restaurant than people interested in riding the little train.
