During an operation where naval personnel were accompanying and protecting a group of mothers searching for their missing children.
According to news reports, the group was conducting search operations in a rural area between El Recodo and El Tecomate de Siqueros when an explosion occurred, allegedly caused by an explosive device or mine.
Christian Tello was seriously injured and died while being transported to the Naval Military Hospital in Mazatlán. Other members of the Navy were also tragically injured.
His passing leaves a deep sorrow, as it occurred during one of the saddest missions in this country: protecting mothers who go out to search for their children because their disappearance has robbed them of peace, life, and even the right to rest.
That day, Christian Tello not only wore a uniform, but also carried the responsibility of protecting women who have already lost so much. He lost his life accompanying a search and trying to protect those who refuse to give up. 👏Thank you, Captain Christian Tello, for your courage, your dedication, and for fulfilling your duty until the very end. Your memory will live on in the hearts of the mothers searching for their missing loved ones, whom you protected, and in a country that needs more men and women like you.
🇲🇽May Mexico remember that behind every operation, every mother searching for her missing children, and every fallen officer, there are families torn apart by a violence that should never be normalized.
✝️Mission accomplished. Rest in peace, Christian. May God receive you in the eternal gardens.
