A Return After Nearly 15 Years
Elton John has not performed in Mexico City since 2012, when he played two concerts alongside percussionist Ray Cooper at the Auditorio Nacional. Before that, in 1992, he performed at the then Estadio Azteca during The One Tour.

His return this October completes an unfinished chapter, as the COVID-19 pandemic prevented him from including Latin America in his Farewell Yellow Brick Road farewell tour.
With a career spanning more than five decades, the performer of “Rocket Man” has sold more than 300 million records, placed 85 songs in the Top 40, and earned an impressive list of awards, including six Grammy Awards, two Academy Awards, one Tony Award, and one Emmy Award, achieving EGOT status in 2024.
