According to the investigation published by Por Esto, through a real estate exchange between the company Tarjetel del Sureste S.A. de C.V. and Buró Inmobiliario América S.A. de C.V., an operation that allegedly involved the use of a public property in Cancún and included her municipal administration, businessmen, and public notaries.
WHO HANDLED THE DEED, ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENTS?
According to the same investigation, Public Notary Office Number 30 of Cancún. The same notary office that, according to the Public Registry of Property, formalized the purchase of 4,942,105 pesos made by Daniel Berrón Lezama as legal representative of Desarrolladora Cumpal SAPI de CV on December 4, 2018, at Marina Condos (Deed 106,249).
Casa Blanca is located just meters from the properties acquired by the family-owned company Desarrolladora Cumpal in Puerto Cancún:
- Lot 1-02, Block 27, measuring 900 m², acquired for 4.8 million pesos, with a commercial value of 32 million pesos (Deed PA 14,784 / 2016).
- Marina Condos condominium purchased for 4.9 million pesos (Deed 106,249 / 2018).
