Kalimba, Nicho Hinojosa and Enjambre Headline the Lineup, Which Will Take Place from October 10 to 18
Music, theater, dance, literature and visual arts will be part of the Festival Revueltas 2026, which will take place from October 10 to 18 under the slogan “Art and Culture in Every Heartbeat,” with more than 100 free activities.
The edition this year includes concerts, exhibitions, stage performances, literary activities and multidisciplinary proposals for audiences of different ages.
Among the main events is Kalimba’s concert, scheduled for October 10; Nicho Hinojosa will perform on October 12, while Enjambre will take the stage on October 15. On October 17, the show “Despechadas” is scheduled, featuring Rocío Banquells, Denisse de Kalafe, Manoella Torres and Lila Deneken.
The festival will also feature the Traditional Callejoneada with Los Montañeses del Álamo on October 11, while the closing event will be the Revolcadero Masivo on October 18.
In this edition, San Luis Potosí will participate as the guest state with a showcase of artistic and cultural proposals from the region.
Throughout the festival, there will also be chamber music, literature, children’s activities, theater, dance, plastic and visual arts, as well as gatherings and academic activities.
The activities will not be concentrated solely in the capital of Durango. The festival will also reach Canatlán, Guadalupe Victoria, Mezquital, Nuevo Ideal, Nombre de Dios, Pánuco de Coronado, Poanas, Lerdo, San Juan del Río, Santiago Papasquiaro and Vicente Guerrero.
The events will take place in theaters, museums, plazas, auditoriums and other cultural venues, including the Ricardo Castro, Victoria and Rosaura Revueltas “Youth” theaters.
The Institute of Culture of the State of Durango (ICED) invited the public to consult the complete lineup and learn about the activities that will take place during the festival’s nine days.
