As part of the 179th anniversary of the Heroic Deed of the Niños Héroes, the Command of the Eleventh Military Zone of the Secretariat of National Defense (Defense), with the support of the Government led by Governor David Monreal Ávila, invites families to take part in the Saturday outing called “Héroes Zacatecas,” which will take place next Saturday, September 12.
This event, which will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the facilities of the 52nd Infantry Battalion of the Eleventh Military Zone, located in the municipality of Guadalupe, aims to promote physical activity and healthy community interaction among the people of Zacatecas.
Children, young people, and adults will be able to participate in physical activation classes, walks, and bicycle rides, as well as observe an exhibition of military vehicles and visit the modules showcasing the various activities carried out by the Mexican Army.
It will be a safe space for healthy recreation where attendees may bring their pets, as well as their bicycles for the ride.
The State Government and the Secretariat of National Defense reaffirm their commitment to continuing to work in coordination to promote activities that strengthen social cohesion, patriotic values, and community interaction.
