Pachuca will convince Mexico that the chalupa had its origin in this municipality, it even established that April 25 will be Chalupa Day

In a move that no one expected, Pachuca named the chalupa as its representative dish, earning this name from Puebla.
Such a decision, to reduce the risk of claims, was subtle. Since it makes the chalupa its own but with the addition of “pachuqueña”, as if to differentiate it from the poblana.
Is there a difference between the Pachuqueña chalupa and the Puebla chalupa?
However, there is basically no difference between one and the other. This is because the council, the body that approved the appointment, indicates that the “chalupa hidalgo” has the following ingredients:
Number 8 omelet
Butter or oil
Dad
Chopped onion
Green sauce
Lettuce
Grated cheese
shredded chicken
Radish
While the chalupa poblana, according to the specialized site, directalpaladar.com.mx, has the same with the meat variant, which can also be pork or beef and the radishes, which in the case of this one, the poblana, does not carry.
